I really like your channel and I love your videos and the way you explain things, I agree with everything you're saying in this video, however, we don't have to be like stones towards everything especially when someone is crossing your lines or threatening your life in anyway, in stealing, or fighting…etc. you should feel angry, but the real mastery here is to know when to be angry and when not to be angry in negative situations.

    The environment/circumstances isn’t creating your emotions- its you.

    Most people think:
    That their emotions that they experience the way that they feel, their mood, their feelings, this is dictated by external circumstances.

    You control Interpretation: Mental filters Attitudes  Limiting beliefs Judgments Unquestioned assumptions about reality Lack of introspection  Visualization Model of reality as a whole Emotional reactions What you view of right and wrong and good and evil Habits you have or don't Your self talk Lack of mindfulness Ego and how ego affects relationships and the wholeness of everything, how you behave. Interact with people, motivation levels, your mood

    So if we can control these then why not control them to our benefit? Emotional Mystery.

    Model:

    Event/Circumstance – thought – interpretation/meaning/value (+) or (-)/ (this filter we don't always notice, we can change/create this filter) – emotion – action or lack of action – results 

     “What you choose to happen to yourself is more important than the events that affected you”

    Be more conscious of this interpretation filter.

    We have the power to Assign meaning with your mind and assign interpretations to external circumstances with your mind.

    But when you’re not aware of it we abdicate that control to somebody else or some circumstance. Which creates a lot of randomness and chaos.unstable creates bad results.

    Don't’ be lazy with your interpretations. NEVER BLAME YOUR CIRCUMSTANCE! 

    Just like we don’t blame our events for the cause of our emotions we shouldn’t blame our filter for beliefs.

  5. only forcing yourself to feel positive emotions and act positively is a form of naivety, if it's not coupled with the proper mindset and skills to not let people walk all over you, since acting out those negative emotions learns people how to act around you.

  6. I have been dealing with issues of saying mean/hurtful things about and to people. At the time it feels good, but when I stop and think about it, I feel like a bad person. I want to change. I apologize for anything I have done to hurt anyone and for anything else.
