Emotional Intelligence (EI) can be defined as a set of emotional and social skills that influence the way we see ourselves and the way the world sees us, develop and maintain different relationships, deal with challenges, and use emotional information in a way that is effective and meaningful.

Emotional intelligence impacts us in many ways. Some of those ways include our mental well-being, our physical and emotional health, managing our relationships, managing conflict, our effectiveness as leaders, and ultimately our success.
